I remember you said you had JDM auxiliary lights on your car and that it used a different bulb?...headlight bulb?
I came across someone that says they have a set of JDM's but he is unsure if they take the headlight bulbs. He said the bulb was "3497"
Just wondering where you got yours and what bulb they take.

and "3497" is just the standard bulb for the auxiliary lights.
So does that mean the lights off of one that came from Japan are identical to the U.S. versions?
Please let me know more about the ones you have. I would hate to buy something that I allready have. I'm glad I didn't hit that buy-it-now button.
The Aux lights on Geo's car is from europe, not japan. They are made of glass compared to the plastic ones we have here and in japan. Because it is glass, he can use a H4 bulb in his aux lights so now he has four H4 bulbs in the front of his car, being able to blind anyone in his path.
How do I know? I bought these for him. If you want the Glass Aux lights, they are $400 buckaroos brand new. If you are on a budget, you can try looking for used ones on ebay although those end up being at least $300 bucks.
FYI the headlights on Euro del sols are also made of glass...

I didn't realize there were differences from the european/Japanese models. I will get some eventually but for the most part I want to take care of performance mods first before any cosmetic mods....unless it's something broken or missing. You should make a menu of stuff you can get. Sometimes I don't even know I want stuff until I see it's out there and available.

What's available:
Map Lights
Euro AUX lights (H4 bulbs)
Rear License Plate Fillers
Front Bumper (no side markers)
Tail Lights (no side markers/reflectors)
Parking Pole (mounts on the bumper)
Rear Fog Light (mounts on either side, but should be on driver's side)
15 inch wheels (standard equipment, steel or optional alloy)
Side Markers (mount on the fender right by the door)
Heated seats (Euro option)
Fog lights (mount on the lower part of the bumper, for all year sols)
Speaker Covers (Gathers)
That should be good for a start (there's more).

Ahhhhh.....
More stuff to drool over.
But first I want to add a header and upgrade the exhaust. I called the Honda dealership in Tacoma and they said $322.65 for the DOHC VTEC b-pipe and muffler.(Yikes!) I also called wrecking yards but no one has any. I gotta do something this weekend cause the muffler is gettin louder and louder.
Here's a link to compare with the DOHC VTEC exhaust for you: GReddy SP2 Cat-Back. Both are a full stainless steel system with the Greddy being 2 1/4 inches vers 2 inch for the DOHC VTEC one, with the Greddy having a stock looking rear can for noise control.
The cheap cat-back will be made out of aluminum/mild steel, not the same for comparing or for the life span of the system.
